I now have found out that the parents were John A. McCoy and Helen "Dobinsky" McCoy, also John A. McCoy's parents were Joseph H. McCoy and Emma "Snyder" McCoy. John lived in the Mingo Junction Jefferson County, Ohio area and the parents of John, lived in West Virginia.
Also the tragedty was a murder/suicide that happened in 1945.
