I am an antique dealer and collector and was traveling in the NC mountains this past weekend and purchased a family Bible published in 1884 with McCoy Family connection. I will transcribe all of the family information below:
This certified that Mr. R.B Boyce and Miss Josephine McCoy were (married) at her father's residence on 23rd day of December, 1984...In presence of J.B. Boyce, J.M. Grant. Signed Rev. W.E. Grant.
Under "Births":
R.B. Boyce son of Lemuel H. Boyce and Rebecca his wife was born Mar. 22nd A.D. 1854
Josephine McCoy daughter of Joseph McCoy and Sarah his wife was born Mar. 19th, 1855
Sara Irma Boyce daughter of R.B. Boyce and Josephine his wife was born Oct. 22nd A.D. 1885
Neta Saunders Boyce daughter of R.B. Boyce and Josephine his wife was born May 6th A.D. 1887
Josephine McCoy Boyce daughter of R.B. Boyce and Josephine his wife was born July 22nd AD 1888
Linda Boyce daughter of R.B. Boyce and Josephine his wife was born Dec. 20th 1891
Emily s. Boyce adeopted daughter of J. Harrison Boyce and May Fallon, his wife, was born Aug. 18, 1933.

Joseph Harrison Boyce, son of R.B. & Josephine Boyce was married to May Louise Fallon, daughter of Mrs. M. Janie C. Hines Fallon on Feb. 23, 1918.
Juanita S. Boyce, daughter of R.B. & Josephine Boyce was married to D. Whitney Kellogg, son of W.W. & Alta McGarney Kellogg on Apr. 27, 1918
Josephine McC. Boyce, daughter of R.B. & Josephine Boyce was married to Leonard G. Bolton son of Dr. M. & Emma Baughman? Bolton on Sept. 24, 1919
Sarah Irene Boyce daughter of R.B. & Josephine Boyce was married to Haywood Parker Foxhall son of Edward D. & Mary L. Hargrave Foxhall on November 5th, 1919

Linda Boyce Daughter of R.B. Boyce and Josephine his wife died June 1st 1894
Josephine McCoy Boyce, wife of Rufus Boykin Boyce died Dec. 3, 1925. Interred in cemetery at Rich Square.
Rufus Boykin Boyce died May 14, 1930. Interred in cemetery at Rich Square.
Leonard G. Bolton, husband of Josephine B. Bolton, died Oct. 13, 1951
Haywood Parker Foxhall, husband of Irene Boyce Foxhall died Dec. 31, 1956
Joseph Harrison Boyce, husband of May F. Boyce died Nov. 16, 1966. Interred in Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Rich Square, NC
Sarah Irma Boyce, daughter of Josephine McCoy Boyce and Rufus B. Boyce died Aug. 9, 1973. Interred in Calvary church Yard Cemetery Aug. 11, 1973.
The Bible is in fair condition though the binding is loose and a couple of the first pages are completely detached. It has many very lovely engravings throughout and contains the Apocrypha and a complete concordance. It was originally purchased from Vickery & Co., Booksellers in Norfolk, VA.
