Looking for information on Wm. A. McCown. Died at Battle of Ft. Donelson, Feb. 13, 1862, buried in common grave at site. Was married to Amanda Lee Tomlinson. They were the parents of one child: Elizabeth Lee McCown b. 12 Jun 1861, Richview, IL. She married Hiram McLaughlin Mt. Vernon, IL.
