Seeking information on Thomas H. McCown, who married Sarah Sprinkle, 17 May 1840, Harrison Co., IN.

Sarah is enumerated as head of household in Floyd Co., IN in 1850. Their children were: William, b. c. 1841; Rebecca J., b. c. 1844; and Margaret J., b. c. 1846.

Thomas H. McCown may have had a brother named Fleming McCown, who m. Matilda Winninger, 11 Feb 1838, Floyd Co., IN. Fleming lived next door to Sarah Sprinkle McCown in 1850.
