Carlie,
I discussed your info with my father and he seems to think you have the right William. William Napoleon's wife was named Rosetta/Rosettie (Phillips) McCowan. My father seemed to think William and Rosetta had 13 children; a daughter died c. 1920-1930. Dad also said they had a son named Bill in addition to the 8 names I listed previously. William Napoleon died in 1957 at the age of 78. I'm wondering if some of the descendants you're missing are my grandmother and 2 sisters and one or two brothers. My grandmother Maudie McCowan came to Michigan in the 1930's along with one sister and their respective husbands. I think the others came a few years later. My father was very intrigued with your info and he is wondering where you're from. He is going to talk with some other family mbrs. for more info, which I will then pass along to you. Please let me know if we have the same info.....
