I am looking for information on my g-g-grandfather.
His name was Henry McCormick b. abt 1854. On the census for Juniata, Tuscola, Michigan he is listed as 26-yrs old and a farmer. The birthplace given for both his parents is NY. He married Belle Scriver in Tuscola on Jan 8, 1878. They are listed with 6 children however I have only found the names of 4
Carrie McCormick – b. Aug 27, 1882 - m. Frank Sullivan, Sep 5, 1899 Detroit, MI

Frederick McCormick – no additional information

James H McCormick (Harry) – b. abt 1877 – m. Alice Chapman on May 9, 1898, m. Olive (Curtis) Cummings on May 7, 1923
Child of James/Alice: Harold H. McCormick – b. May 30, 1900, d. May 10, 1937 – m. Ruth Stockwell on Jul 22, 1924

Leo McCormick – b. Nov 2, 1880, d. May 29, 1881 of Cholera, buried in Wellington Cemetery, Tuscola, MI

I am looking for any information on the names of Henry’s parents and what happened to Frederick and Carrie. I don’t know if Henry had any siblings. Both James and Harold each fathered only one child so there are no family members to ask. I assume Henry died early because in the 1900 census, Belle and Frederick (14yrs) are listed in Carrie’s house in Detroit with her new Husband. Belle, James and Harold are all in a McCormick cemetery plot. The family spent the latter part of their lives in the Ypsilanti/Manchester area.
