She received Joseph's war of 1812 pension of $8/ month commencing 9 mar 1878.Her stone shows d 16 dec 1884.
You mentioned Sam son of Joseph from Pa is from 1887 biography ?Whose bio?
Correction for Samuel & Joseph grant-
NC grant # 586 ,27 Jun 1793 to Samuel for 400A on S side of Holston R. inc plantation where Ed Chote formerly lived-
adjoining Joseph McCorkle.
I still looking for deeds & will check census records.
