Sounds like we have the same names just different familys,LOL, I'm running across that alot. They seem to like the name John and William alot back then,LOL. Well thank you for getting back to me on these I appreciate it.
I do have a little bit of something I ran across a few weeks ago when I was on a naturalization site from Ellis Island (I think). For some reason I wrote this down....Arthur MacConnell had a wife named Kate Hutchins, and William or Willard McConnell had a wife named Martha and a Son named William, born about 1855. Alot of the immigrants dropped the "a" when they came to America.
I hope this is helpful, if it is let me know and if I come across it again I'll write the address down and post it to you.
