Hi! And welcome to the McConathy's genforum. I am researching info on the McConathy line starting with Samuel McConathy (1754-1818) who lived in Laurens County. Does anyone know where he was born? His wife's name was Margarett - do you know her maiden name? He served in the Revolutionary War and received land for his service. I've been to Laurens County to research all of this.
