William McCombs - Allegheny County, Pennsylvania 1820s to 1840s

Can anyone help me find out more about William McCombs, born about 1806, and living in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, in the 1820s to 1840s? He married a woman by the name of Lydia who was from Ireland, and I believe their first child, George McCombs, was born in 1830. Would love to know who William's parents were, where he was born, and Lydia's maiden name.
