I have two sets of McCombies. I have Margaret Low married to John McCombie in the Kincardine area. They have a daughter named Ann that married a David Ferguson Annand. He was born in 1836 and they were married in 1858. They are my ggg-grandparents.
The second set is on the other side of the family. I have an William Wilson McCombie married to Jane Milne Alexander. He was born 1847 in Keig, Aberdeenshire. Jane was born in 1845 in Tilicoultry. They had at least 3 children - margaret, Agnes Syme, and William john McCombie.
Jane and William were married in 1873. William is the son of John McCombie and Margaret Morgan. William had 9 siblings. Jane was the sister of my g-grandfather.
