I just recently located information on this child who had been a brick wall for me so I am posting it for others.

Her line of descent is through Sanders W McComas b. 20 Jan 1814 and his first wife Laura Mary Heath, dtr of Israel Heath, (This Sanders is SON of Moses McComas and Lucy Napier--there were quite a few Sanders McComas's.)

Sanders W. McComas b. 20 Jan 1814 and Laura Mary Heath had a son named Israel McComas b. 19 June 1839 Cabell Co VA d. 12 May 1914 who married twice: 1st 14 Mar 1861 to Nancy Elizabeth Horn b. 13 Sept 1838 d. 5 Oct 1864, and he married 2nd on 11 Feb 1866 Martha E Johnson b. 12 Sept 1841 (all buried Circleville Cem, Jackson Co KS).

Sanders W McComas had a daughter with first wife Nancy J. McComas that I never found anything on because the census always called her 'Mildred.' Here is information on her. She was Armildred Jane 'Mattie' McComas.

Armildred Jane ‘Mattie’ McCOMAS (b.24 May 1862 KS d. 9 Jan 1921 OK) m.                      29 Aug 1880 in Circleville, Lyman ALLARD b. 4 Apr 1859 IL , Jefferson                      Twp Jackson Co.
