My mother's father was John Henry McCluskey from County Cork, Ireland. His father was Thomas Benton McCluskey. There was some marriages to the Chiles family. These folks settled in the south, my Mom was born and raised in a little town called Waterloo, near Florence Alabama. My family has collected a variety of information if you think there might be some connections. I know there was a John and Mathilde McCluskey that settled in Canada, but I don't think there in any relations there. By coincidence, my Grandma's name (John Henry's wife) was Matilda as well. Kind of a funny coincidence for what its worth. I can get you more info if you would like. Best wishes! Ken Rogers, son of Josie Lynn McCluskey-Rogers whose father was John Henry McCluskey.
