I believe you might find some info on O.W. & Victoria McClurg if you find the application they submitted in 1896 on the Dawes Comission Index of 1896 found on this board under Miscellanous> American Indian. Their application number was 1345 and tribe was Choctaw These applications are housed in the National Archives-Southwest Region, Fort Worth, Texas. I understand there wre some supporting documents connected with submitting these applications.
