Since most on this side of my family settled in Wirt/Roane County area around the 1850's and stayed there, I am pretty good after they migrated. I was in WV in July and was delighted to find 2 original marriage records in Nicholas County. I was in Greenbrier county but it was a weekend. I went past where Grandfather Billy is buried but didn't have time to stop. I have a picture of his stone that someone sent me.
