My ggmother was Agnes McCloy (1877-1926). Her father was Robert McCloy who was killed in train crossing accident, but we dont know who her mother was. Siblings were John a carpenter, Hugh a factory worker, Tom a farmer, William in Scotland, Nancy a cook in England, and Jane a housekeeper.
Agnes married Robert Carlisle. Their children were Robert b1904, Willie, Agnes b1907 (my gmother), Henry, Tommy, Lizzie b1924, John d1982 and Mary.
If anyone knows anything about Agnes McCloys parents I would love to hear from you.
