FORMICA MARGARET C. "PEGGY" (nee McCloskey). Loving wife of Edward J. Formica. Mother of Kathleen Boysen (John), Linda Slichter (Gary), Diane Horvath (John), Sharon Cesta (Richard), Patricia Kneib (Art Santos) and Edward J. Formica Jr. (Julie). Grandmother of 16 and great grandmother of 6. Also survived by a sister, Eileen Bill and 2 brothers, James and Francis McCloskey. Peggy passed away surrounded by her devoted husband and loving children. Peggy was a wonderful woman loved by many people. She was a loving wife, mother, grand-mother and friend. She was more like a mother to her children's spouses, she was their friend. The love she had for her family was immense as was her giving heart. She always said she was a rich woman because of her six children and many grandchildren. Her love of God and her faith gave her the strength to endure many years of physical pain and suffering. She was the most patient person, always ready to listen to anyone with a problem and always willing to give to one less fortunate. She was our rock, the foundation our family was built on. Although she is not with us now, her spirit lives on and will continue to inspire us forever. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Funeral Wednesday, after 9 A.M., Saint Dominic Church, 8504 Frankford Ave., until her Funeral Mass 10:30 A.M. Int. St. Dominic Cem. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory made to Arthritis Foundation, 219 N. Broad St., Phila. PA 19107, or Aid for Friends, a local church charity that helps those in need, 12271 Townsend Rd., Phila. PA 19154, are preferred. ALDWORTH FUNERAL HOME.
