Don't know if this will help; I don't have any other information other than this: W.P. McCleskey married Fanny E. Burton 1/10/1878 in Walker Co., AL. The source I have is www.ancestry.com: Alabama Marriage Records, 1800-1920; and LDS IGI listing. This W.P. is a little old for the marriage to match your birth and death dates, but perhaps there is some connection. At least, it gives you an Alabama county to research. Good luck.
