Went on vacation today & found a little information McClendon/Wilson's. From E. Feleiciana Parish, La., Vol. III Original Conveyances, Book I by Mary Ann Smith Sagely.

Pg. 70
May 16, 1857 Mary Millican widow of John H. Wilson.

Nov. 2, 1857 Exanna Wilson wife of Wm. McClendon, Jane Wilson wife of Calvin McClenton (Misspelled), & others unnamed heirs of John H. Wilson of marrige with Mary Wilson.

Jan. 26, 1863 Frances J. Wilson wife of James Calvin McClendon.

Nov. 30, 1867 Frances Jane Wilson widow of James C. McClendon now wife of Wm. R. Patrick.

Thats all I found today. There are only 4 books on E. Feleciana Parish in the library.

Still haven't found anything on J.C. McClendon in Mississipii besides census.
