And whereas I did also give unto my son Allen five hundred dollars for the purpose of purchasing lot number thirty eight in the 19th district formerly Baldwin, now Jasper Co ... (Also one horse, cow, calf, featherbed, same as Etheldred) 4. And further I do confirm unto my son Wylie F. a tract of land number 22 in the 16th district, formerly Baldwin, now Jasper Co... (same as Etheldred, plus $100) 5. I do likewise confirm unto my son Jonathan, his heirs and assigns forever, $1400, which I have already paid him, and $864, for which he has my note, due on the 25th day of December ...
