Hi Richard, Great to receive your email tonight - would love to chat with you - I have displayed my direct email address if you would like to correspond directly with me. William Hugh Maclean is the ancestor I have (actually my husbands great grandfather) - he was known in Australia as 'Sydney Hugh Maclean' - do not know the reason except that maybe because his father was William and he was born here in Sydney they nicknamed him that - but with usage over the years he married under 'Sydney' and even his death certificate is under 'Sydney' - no 100 points needed for indentification in the 1800s! He is obviously a brother of your Frederick Orr - I did not know about him until this afternoon and I think there is a sister Sarah Elizabeth born in Dublin abt 1852. I am happy to scan and send you any documents I have that you may like - I am waiting at present for William Nevin's death certificate and also today just found William Hugh's birth record so have ordered that. Looking forward to hearing from you again - one has to be a detective tracing all these people!
regards, Marvin
