I am stuck in trying to research my GG Grandfather Robert H.
McClatchey b. 1832 no state or country as to where he was born. After 1868 he just left the Marriage and "Run Off" it is said next to his name.
He married Susan Elizabeth Brownfield in Mc Lean Co. IL. on Dec 23, 1849 and she was b. Jan 16, 1829 in Champaign Co. IL. d. Nov 20, 1905 in York,NE. buried in Greenwood Cemt.
York,NE. They had 4 children all born in Champaign Co.IL.
but only the two boys survived to marry and have children.
Joseph Henry McClatchey b. Jan 22 1862 d. Kansas City,KS.
m. Ella Margaret Cochran on Dec 16 1887 in Biggsville, Henderson Co. IL. Ella was b. Nov 20 1867 d. Rexburg,KS.
Thomas Jefferson McClatchey b.1864 d.Oct 12 1928 Ord,NE.
m. Tululu Jane Cochran Jan 3 1889 in Biggsville, Henderson Co. IL. The two McClatchey brothers married two Cochran Sisters of the same family. Making the children Double'd
Cousins of each other.
I am from the Thomas Jefferson/Tululu Jane McClatchey
line they had five daughters.
