Hi, I don't know that you will even see this, but I wanted to let you know that yes, you are correct about Herman, the son killed during the Korean War, being the son of Rosco & Sally. Their daughter, Rossie Fredericka McClatchey (now Hopkinson) is my maternal grandmother. I am not sure how, but yes, some of the McClatchey family is spread out in CA. The only two places I know for certain are LA county & around San Francisco, I believe. How are you related to any McClatchey's? I have a fair amount of information on them, & would be willing to send it to you, if you want it. I'd love to hear from you if you have any more info reaching any further back.
