Just spotted your posting on this board. Although not a direct descendant, I am from the same family of McClatchie's. My Great, Great Grandfather came from Ayr (shire) and immigrated to Canada in 1805. His name was John and he was listed as a Ship's Carpenter. He is buried just outside Montreal, Quebec which is where I was raised. I can give you more info. if you wish to post a notice again and then I will give you my private e-mail address.
