We are having our 27th McLain Family Reunion on Saturday, May 16th in Greenville, Alabama at the Walnut Street Church of Christ Fellowship Hall (located in downtown Greenville directly behind BankTrust).
This reunion is for the descendents of Malcolm McLain, who hails from Dale County, Alabama and who fought for the Confederacy. He retired to Butler County, Alabama.
We also place great emphasis on McLain history, with information provided all the way back to the Isle of Mull. One of our family members has hosted a tent at the Scottish Games in the past.
I invite anyone (whether you are a descendent of Malcolm or not), who is interested in coming to the reunion, to make their way to Greenville, Alabama on May 16th. It's from 9:30-until and we have a bring-a-basket lunch.
Look forward to seeing some of you there!
