yes, your info looks familiar.
My gg grandfather was Daniel McCaw, born 1812 in County Antrim. He married Isabella McCurdy (who had numerous siblings)in Bush Mills, N. Ireland. Daniel and Isabella came to Canada via N.Y. in the mid-1800's along with their brother Big John McCurdy, settled first in Hibbert twp, county Perth, Ontario (near London)where numerous other McCurdy's had settled, and then Daniel & Isabella McCaw, and John McCurdy came to Elderslie twp, county of Bruce (near Paisley, Ontario)....interestly, several years later, a cousin, also named John McCurdy also settled next to them in Elderslie twp, near Paisley, Ontario, Canada.
I'm not sure if my branch is from John born 1776, or one of his brothers. But we are obviously from the same tree, just different branches.
