Andrew,

Wow, I think I can help you here. My father Thomas McCaw was born in County Antrim N.Ireland just near Ballamena. His father was Samuel McCaw and I believe his father was Hugh McCaw. Interestingly I know my Father mentioned the surname Hannah to me in the past, it may have been his Mother's surname. She is called Mollie, but I believe she was adopted.

I realise none of this ties in with the names you've given, but my Grandfather (Samuel McCaw) was born in Co. Antrim around 1900-1910, therefore must have surely been some relation to Alexander McCaw.

I will check on the dates and find our where the name Hannah ties into our family.

FYI, my father (Thomas) moved to Scotland with his family around the 1940's. There are a few McCaw's in Scotland / England today.
