I have dealt with a Director of Ft. Recovery Museum in Indiana. She (years ago) told me she had access to the NARA Warehouse which has scrolls of records not yet even opened. She was excited about breaking the wax seal herself.
She found 3 copies of my relatives pay vouchers.
During 1790-1796 rare records are available to the public.
Your Relative was involved in Gen St. Clairs Battles and there you will find his info.
I have the data if you need more...

ps. Funny ,I just noticed Author Allan Eckert also wrote a book called that Dark and Bloody River, which tells the story.
