Daughter of William Bost b. 1808 PA d. 1880 Jay County, IN. Buried Zoar Cemetery, Jay County, IN.
Wm. was son of Wm. Solomon Bost b. 1781 Donegal County, Ireland.

Hettie married Thomas McCartney (as seen below). Thomas was b. 1838 Ohio d. 1868 Jay County, IN buried Zoar Cemetery, Jay County, IN.
Son of Andrew McCartney b. 1802 VA.
1850 Census Jay County.
1860 Census Randolph County IN.
1870 Hettie & children Jay County, IN

In 1880 their two younger children James L & Elizabeth were living with grandfather Wm. Bost in Jay Co.
