Matthew you mention your ancestors came from Mohill, Cloone co Leitrim could that be Moher Cloone co Leitrim Moher and Meenaghan were two small townlands amalgamated into Cornagher townland about the year 1900 I have information from an old man that lived in Moher he died 1960s He told of a McCartin family his neighbours from Moher The husband went to America first the wife and six children followed some years later he remembered his father saying goodbye to mrs McCartin and the children as they were leaving Moher for america The year 1887 would be the timescale when this man would be a young boy I know the location of that homestead
