Thomas Maurice McCargo, 92, passed away on Tuesday, October 21, 2008. He will be remembered as a loving husband, devoted uncle, great-uncle and caring friend to all who knew him. Thomas is preceded in death by his loving wife Catherine McCargo. He was a proud United States Army World War II Veteran, who was the last survivor of the 129 artillery group that served at Normandy. Thomas retired from the United States Post Office after 28 years. Jacksonville, Florida
