G'day Jason,
The McCardle coat of arms is as follows:-
Blazon of Arms: Argent, a fess azure,in base a crescent gules, in chief two lions' heads erased of the third.
Crest:
A demi-lion rampant gules.
Motto: Virtute et Valore.
Translation : By virtue and Valour.

There is a siter in Ireland where coats of arms can be viewed. I cannot recall the address at this time , will let you know when I recall it.
