Death of Mrs. F B McCanna
The many friends of Mrs. Frank b. McCanna, wife of the well-known contractor, of South Main Street, will be pained to learn of her death, which occured Friday forenoon, after a four year's illness of nervous prostration and spinal trouble. She was 42 years of age and is survived by a husband and nine children, viz: Charles, John, Matilda, Rose, Mary, Joseph, Nellie, Geraldine of Pittston; Kate, now Mrs. Will Stark of San Francisco; Annie, now Mrs. J McHugh, of Ashland. She is also survived by her mother, Mrs. J. Dailey, of West Pittston, two brothers Thomas and James and a sister, Mrs. Jame McCloskey. She was a loving wife, kind mother and pleasant lady, and was a prominent ,e,ber of St John's Catholic church. Funeral 9am Monday. Requiem high mass as St. John Church. Interment in the Market street cemetery.
