Catharine McCann, age 21, born in Ireland is listed in the household of Baynard Rush Hall, a boarding school principal in Newburgh,New York in l850. Beneath Catharine's name is "Bridget," age l6, also born in Ireland. I assume from being the biographer of Hall, that these two women are the hired servants although they are not listed as such. In l860 when the Halls are in Brooklyn, Bridget Mundy, age 30, born in Ireland, is with them. The age doesn't quite match, so perhaps this Bridget Mundy is not Bridget McCann. Maybe Catharine and Bridget above are sisters.
