I forgot to mention that also in this McCALLUM genealogy are MOODY's. This is why I believe all of these early families probably knew each other in Nor. Ireland and in Scotland and that is why they are appearing together even 100 years after arriving in America. (some of them)
Our Moody family has Ydna links to other Moody's in Canada and Pennsylvania and numerous other places around the globe.
I have found many of these names linked together and I believe its due to the nature of the "clans" and how they all stuck together.
Our name was most likely originally spelled Moodie or Mudie but changed by the English to MOODY. We are finding more and more evidence to support that our line of Moody's did come from Scotland to Nor. Ireland or directly from Scotland to America / Canada.

I have also noticed in this McCALLUM genealogy that many of them lived in Giles Co., TN. This is where one of our Ydna MOODY cousins families lived as well, so I do believe there was definite relationships between these traveling Ulster-Scot families.
