McCALLUM - SINCLAIR links from New England to North Carolina - 1700's - 1800s?

I am searching for info on a Duncan SINCLAIR[E] who filed an Intent to Marry Agnis [sic] MacQUESTION [sic - McQuesten/McQuiston] in Boston, MA on Aug. 2, 1739.

The McQuiston genealogy has no further info about this couple, but in a 1940's McCALLUM genealogy of a branch of this family who also moved to North Carolina, there appears just the mention of the name "Mrs. Duncan SINCLAIR" who was President of the Ladies Mission Society in/around 1884.
This Soc. later became the Womens Auxilliary.

There is also just a mention of the name of Rev. James SINCLAIR who was a Presbyterian minister at the Ashpole Presbyterian Church in or near Lumberton, NC (Robeson Co.?).

I do not have any further details of these two people and that is why I came here hoping someone else might.

My family (the Moody's...or at least a branch of my YDNA Moody family) came over from Nor. Ireland to America with the McQuiston family around 1735.
They landed at New Castle, DEL. and then moved to PA and eventually to Guilford Co., North Carolina and then on to TN and other areas. My branch of the family however has Ydna matches in Nova Scotia, CAN and possibly in Ontario, CAN as well. (our name was prob. at one time spelled MOODIE and it is thought our family originated in Scotland...possibly the Ayrshire and Fifeshire areas).
Ydna testing has shown that we do not link to the English Moody's and they are the most populous of those who have been Ydna tested so far and many English branches have not matched to our group of Moody's coming out of Nor. Ireland so far.

The McQuiston's and McCallum's apparently have interwoven as well because in the McQuiston genealogy I find the following -
Mary M'Quistan [sic] in Uchatuir, Argyle, Scotland married on Jan. 2, 1800 a Dougald MacCALLUM of Dyster in Tangywaulkmill (??), and they had at least 2 children -
Marion McCALLUM b.Oct. 15, 1803 and John McCALLUM b. Dec. 22, 1804, baptized on the 23rd in Drumlea, it says.

If anyone can help with any further info on any of these folks, I would be most greatful.
Thank You.
