I would be gratefull if anyone can help me ?
My grandpa was Jock & he lived in saltcoats after 2nd world war.He was married to Ethel (janet)my gran, she passed away in 1980.Their children Ethel & Jim(James)lived in saltcoats all of their life. Jim my father born 1950 & i think Ethel was a few years older, sadly she died in 1992 with cancer.Ethel married John Watt & had two daughters Irene & Carol.When my grandpa died we found out he was married before to Isabel Logue & they had sons Mathew, John, Frank, & Tommy.They moved to Gadsby in 1926 to farm & my grandpa returned late thirty's to scotland.I can remember a niece came to visit my grandpa a few years before his death & left a book with his life farming in Alberta.
