I am very interested in your posting. I have seen it before, but cannot remember if I emailed you before. In my family I have a James McCallister who was born in Kentucky,most likely Henry/Trimble County, in 1854, but his father was Matthew McCallister who was born in 1813 in Kentucky and married Eliabeth Brent in 1839 in Henry Co.KY. I am thinking that your James is Matthew's brother. The information I have about Matthew's father is the surname and a possible mother with the name of Jane [surname unknown. Are you able to provide me with the family group sheet for your James so I can confirm my assertion that Matthew and James are brothers? Thanks
