i am not sure about the frank mc caffrey u are talking about. but the weird thing is that my grandmother is called maureen mc caffrey although only married into the mc caffrey family but my grandads brother i know is called frank mc caffrey and he lives here in belfast and i think somewhat aroud 60 years old although im not certain, i have never met him but my daddy talks about him and i know he lives close by.so im sorry if this info is nothing. i am just curious myself.
