hi keli,
my name is joy, i live in bakersfield ca. my grandmother was margie mccaa and the aunt of fred mccaa. I think fred is the son of arthur and ica mccaa.
There are tons of mccaa's, a lot of them live here in bakersfield ca.
Our cousin norma jean who lives in san bernadino has been researching the family for years and probably has the most information.
I know my grandmother had two sisters, Annabell mccaa clark and Cordelia mccaa baldridge. All passed away. there were several brothers also, lets see if i can recall all of them for you. Gaz, Marvin, Arthur, Luther, Orville, Earl(Bus), and Ed who was the youngest. I think there was another sibling who died as an infant. My grandmother margie was the last survivior of this group of kids who were born to thomas jefferson and addie mccaa. She passed away a few years ago.
There are a lot of mccaa's in the san bernadino ca. area, and some in arroyo grande ca.
Gosh there is so much i could tell you but i know this post is old, so i will wait to hear back from you.
best regards, joy
