James McBurney of Steuben, N.Y. early 1800's

I am looking for any and all information on the McBurney's who lived in the Hornellsville area of Stueben County, N.Y. in the early 1800's as they were cousins of my ancestor, John Beattie, who I am researching. Does anyone know where in Ireland they came from, how and when? Also, John's wife was Eliza, who I need to learn more about. Thanks
