Dale, My ggggrandfather was Thomas W. McBride, born in Loudon Co.,VA on November, 1802. His parents were John McBride and Sarah Watkins. John died in Hampshire Co, VA.
Thomas W. was one of seven children, but I only know of one brother.

This family has been hard to research, but I keep trying.
Even after John's death, Sarah went to St. Clair Co., IL
and I can't find Thomas in 1860 and 1870, but I will keep
trying.
