Jenna, I would be happy to share my info with you. The info I have is titled Autobiography (1818-1846)Source Autobiography of James McBride, typescript, BYU-S.It starts out giving names of grandparents, parents and siblings. It gives info about family members and then info about the massacre.I descend from Elizabeth McBride who married James McMillen. I believe they stayed in the tri-state area (IA -IL -MO)because my family all hails from that area, but I have not had any luck finding info on them. The last mention I have of them is at Tom's Mill somewhere down the Des Moines River from Farmington, IA. (This is the winter of 1846-1847 when an infant son of theirs died) I would be interested in the family pics and especially any info you might have on Elizabeth and James McMillen.I am not sure if they ever were members of the Mormon Faith.I did find a listing of a James McMillen when I was at Nauvoo, but it listed his wife and Elizabeth McMills? They did have a son named Hiram (which is the name of my GG grandfather) - but I have no certain proof.I look forward to hearing back from you.
