Is that family cem. you mention on Mcbee road (I think that is the name of it)? In that area lives a large number of family members of McBee. My great grandparents lived there before they died a few years back. Also my grandfather is buried at that cemetery and my grandmother will be, too.

I have been trying to find out information about my family. At 21 is an interest in geneology odd? Hehe. My parents are James Sibley and Kimberely Sanders Sibley... On my dad's side his parents are James E Sibley and Josephine McBee Sibley, and yes she is related to the McBee's in Sewanee TN. Her sisters live in that area near the cemetary. Gudger and Green's are buried there and I was told in the past how we are related to them, but I forgot :(

This isn't related to your post but as for my connection, on my mother's side (Sanders) we are related to "Johnny Appleseed," John Chapman.

I hope to get more information from you :)

James Sibley
