I am Looking for information on Robert McArthur, b. 1832 in Scotland, came to U.S. in about 1850. Children; John, Clara, Robert X., Polly, Mable and Emma. His wife was either Emma from England (death certificates of Robert X and Emma McArthur Stephenson) or Clairson born in Canada (1870 census report). He was a ferryman in Fort Gratiot, Michigan and later brought the first harvester into Albert Lee, Minnesota. Any Help would be appreciated.
