Ian Mcara

Hello,
I'm not sure if I'm in the right place but I am trying to trace a distant relative by the name of Ian Mcara.

Ian is the son of a lady called Pauline. Pauline married a Mcara who's name I do not know but I believe he served in the British Navy. Pauline's parents were Gordon and Molly Ross who I think lived in Corsham, Wiltshire, England. Gordon Ross had a sister Muriel and a brother Donald. (Donald was my Grandpa!)
Muriel a man with the surname Wilson-Head and lived in Woodford Green in Essex.

Appreciating that the details are sketchy, I was wondering if anyone could give me a clue as to where to start looking for Ian. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Nick Darbyshire
