McAndrews from Scotland in Nova Scotia, Canada 1800's

I am searching for info on the McAndrews family who settled around Port George, Annapolis Co., Nova Scotia, Canada during the mid 1800's I'm guessing...
This is all I know...
A John King McAndrews born c1816 in Scotland (where? I don't know)apparently came to Nova Scotia, Canada Before 1885.
John's father was said to have been a Henry McAndrews of Scotland.
John married Mary Ada LOWE who I believe was born in NS, Canada.
John died in 1896 NS and Mary died there in 1909.
They are both buried in Port George.
They had at least one daughter Mary Jane "Jennie" McAndrews born 1886 in NS who m. Norvin G. McGranahan.
Jennie and Norvin moved to Melrose, MA.

Norvin's Parents were Robert McGranahan and Amanda MOODY (my interest in this).
Amanda's parents were Thomas Moody and Eleanor PHINNEY both of Annapolis Co., NS, CAN.

If anyone can help, I would be most greatful.
Thank you for any further info on any of these folks.
