hi Sian Lovely to hear from you. I definitely think Ann and Maggie were sisters. I have Ann's mother to be Catherine Tooney which I know to be incorrect. I thought maybe it should be toomey, but maybe it is tierney. can provide you with link to James Mcandrew's marriage cert. to Catherine and 2nd wife Margaret. Have also got burial details and details of other children to first marriage. Family story from when i was little is that Ann was a very beautiful women and her portrait hung for years in Chester museum. Have yet to verify this. Please email me privately, cousin or whatever!
