Looking for information on parents, siblings, and children of Katharine McAlpine who married Neil Deor/Dewar. John John christened in Glassary Parish, Argyll Scotland 20 May 1756. Son John married Ann McLean (Lochgilphead. Daughter, Catharine/Katharaine, of John and Ann married Duncan McKellar. May be connected to the McKellar/Deor/McLean/McAlpine group who settled in Middlesex and Elgin Counties Ontario. Duncan and Dugald McKellar sons of Duncan McKellar and Katharine Deor emigrated to Canada and married daughters of Dugald McKellar and Mary Wier.
