I have a friend in Dublin who contacted the Irish Speakers Society to have our motto translated and this they did for us so as follows and according to the Irish Speakers Society is the translation
Aonaibh Ri [th] Cheile translates to Love Runs Together. The Ri should now be Rith as the language spellings changed over the years and they also said that Irish Gaelic is Slightly Different from Scottish Gaelic, i allways thought Gaelic was Gaelic. Anyway i hope this helps anyone who has been trying to find out the meaning of our family motto.
